"This is my second stay at this hotel. My lives down the street, so it's a no brainer. We were only there over night. The staff member who checked us in was VERY nice, informative, courteous & just a pleasant person. Customer service at it's finest. In that field you should be a service to the customer & he was. We didn't eat breakfast, however, the first time we stayed, it was delicious. A variety of items to choose from. Overnight trip, the hotel served it's purpose."

"I have stayed here a few times but the last two times, the rooms were horrible. My most recent stay, I had to request a room switch because I was initially given a room with no windows. I also dropped my necklace behind the dresser. When I went to look for it, I saw that it was very dirty underneath the dresser. There were items left underneath by previous occupants. They need to do better."

"Stayed here early May. The staff was very nice, however the first night we noticed our shower was not very clean. There was hair and other things on the shower floor. We called and asked if they could have housecleaning just stop by and clean the shower, as everything else was ok. They said they would. When we got back that evening, the beds were made, and fresh towels were given but the shower didn’t look much different. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay."
