"Beds are terrible "

"Liked the location of the hotel, convenient, safe, quiet. The room feels comfortable, of good size, especially the bathroom. Gym is big with plenty equipments, runners, bikes, climbers,etc. Staff are very friendly and helpful. "

"Room was nothing special. Small. Beds were not great quality. Made so much noise every time you turned your body. Bathroom door did not lock. Looked like a closet. Hotel reeked of pot inside and outside. The receptionist was talking on the phone while checking me in. Not friendly. Breakfast had enough tables, but not enough chairs. Ate standing up. Food was decent for continental breakfast. "

"The staff is very friendly and although Broadway is a little rough around the edges if has many convenient shops and restaurants and close to a subway stop. It would be nice to have a decaf option in the lobby and the TVs in the rooms didn't always function the best, but I will come back."

"The property was nice and clean. A few little problems, which I guess can't really be changed the bathroom is really small, thight shower. There's no parking on site. There's one close by, but it cost $60+ per day, so don't bring a car with you. The staffs were really nice and friendly. Didn't make it to breakfast, so can't say anything about that. "

"Staff was able to accommodate with parking at our late arrival. Place was perfect for pre cruise and near the subway to visit NYC."

"My room was very run-down, and the cleanliness of the bathroom and bed sheets was lacking. I have pictures to prove this. Additionally, the "washcloths" in the bathroom was microfiber; one that you would use to dust NOT to clean your body. It was dingy and I obviously did not use it. This experience was very disappointing. "

"A nice hotel centrally located. The “parking garage” only has 5 spaces and fortunately we got one. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean. "
