"Staff was pleasant. Room cleanliness was mid. Splurge of something down the picture frame along bedside so hopefully sanitation is taken seriously. Pool was shut down for the evening of last night of stay and extremely over crowded every other night with kids and no parents! Not what the rules stated was allowed. Smoke free establishment and the entire space smelled like marijuana my entire stay. I will not be "

"They charge you a $35 destination fee thats supposed to include tickets to the art museum but when i asked they said they didn't have updated tickets. I think they should have to refund the destination fee if the things offered arent even available, seems like false advertising. Hotel was nice, quiet and convenient location to a lot of stuff on magnificent mile. Would stay again. "

"The hotel is great but charging $77 per day for parking to paying guests is a bit insane! Also, the suite I booked didn’t have a microwave in it considering that the hotel itself has two restaurants inside it and I couldn’t warm up my leftovers was kind of an inconvenience…other than that I had a great stay!"

"Great place to stay the young lady checking us in was not very friendly. Never received my complimentary drinks. There was never anyone at the bar. Valet guy was very helpful!!! Other than the small things it was a good stay!!! "

"I enjoyed my single day here. I saw disturbing stories elsewhere of them adding a resort fee or mandatory benefits package, but in my case that appears to have been included in my up front room cost. There was a large young folk party next door but there was decent room to room noise dampening (though I still heard it). Slept like a log either way. I'm fairly sure had I complained the desk would have been on it but was in a 'let the kids have their fun' mood. The nachos ($10 off, so $5) and two free drinks at the bar were nice. The breakfast was very meh, but free. All the staff in all my interactions were friendly. Fair warning. If you ask for late checkout your key still stops working at 11 AM so plan ahead. I was simply waiting for my next room so just hung out in bed. Had I been coming and going this would have been a hassle. "

"Standard mid range hotel. Staff were very nice, especially the front desk staff. Hotel has a lot of the amenities you'd need for a family stay. Would return again. "
