room very clean. Most of the staff was friendly. A couple of them could probably use some training on how to be more welcoming and friendly. The waiter we had at he grill was fantastic, the lady in the arcade on the second day was great. The front desk staff was okay. All other staff really didn't come across that friendly or welcoming. Waterpark was great for the kids. Limited dining options at the hotel. Breakfast the first morning was a nightmare. Long line and only two waffle makers for 50+ guest. The second morning that had a hot breakfast available which was nice and not every guest was waiting for one available item
