"The rooms and property were clean. Our room looked as if it was halfway through a renovation. (Taping from plastering still visible under the paint, spacklework on th bathroom wall, one chair in the room at the table vs two, lights not having correct spots and randomly placed). The kids liked the pool and the location was easy access to Newport near the CliffWalk. Our room was right next to the lobby and it was SO loud at night. I don’t know if it was people coming or going to their rooms or the night staff but the room doors definitely did not provide a sound buffer to the hallway noise."
