"From the minute I walked into the lobby and was greeted by the employee at the desk, which she was absolutely wonderful with a great personality, to the clean and beautiful room everything was a 5-star experience. The breakfast options and breakfast staff were friendly and genuine!"

"What we thought was going to be an amazing stay turned into a bit of a let down. The staff was very nice and our room was very clean and neat. However we didn’t notice the tv didn’t work until later in the night as we were out and about. We had called staff who told us they would send someone over. It had been about 30 minutes and it was 11pm so we reschedule matinence to come the next morning. Overnight we found the AC wasn’t working properly. Despite us putting in the temperature at 69, the room temperature read 74, causing us to have it run constantly without the temperature reading - yet it still turned off in the middle of the night. We were only there for 2 nights so it wasn’t terrible, but I would’ve definitely asked for a different room if I was there for longer. "

"the stay was nice and room was clean. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was not working. We informed the front desk and the staff said turn it off and turn it back on. We did that and it did not work. We spent the entire night with no air conditioning, and it was very hot"

"I wish they would have had some type of fresh fruit with the breakfast. They need to have at least one chair with no wheels for safety. I have arthritis and it was unsafe for for me to use wheels. Room was clean, staff was very nice and helpful."

"Did not honor cancellation"

"I was canceled about an hour before check-in time. When I was able to reach a hotel "ambassador" after 3 attempts, I was told 1st Class Guests take precedence over me. THIS IS UNNACCEPTABLE. If I had canceled this late, I would still have been charged. RESERVATIONS MEAN NOTHING TO THIS HOTEL."
