"We came for concert at the Shoe only 25 minute walk, nice to have several restaurants within walking distance, great room only bad thing was floor looked clean but feet ended up filthy just needs mopped. Loved the steamer, blow dryer and refrigerator worked amazing beds were very comfortable. "

"This is a very nice hotel overall. Very nice rooms, my only complaint is the way the bathroom is set up. We had a queen suite and were traveling with myself, my husband and mother in law. The bathroom is directly in front of the beds with a sliding door with glass, no lock. It has 2 seperate parts. One with bathtub and sink other with camoude and sink. I just wasn't a huge fan of this set up. Would prefer a bathroom with more privacy. Other than that hotel was very nice."

"Room was dirty, the tv remote was missing, no soap in the bathroom to wash hands and the shower drain was broken. "

"We did not get the room we asked for. They charged for the “free” shuttle which is advertised on their website. The tub was dirty and so was our bedspread. We had to ask for more towels and bedding for the pullout couch. Would not recommend this property."

"The staff were not helpful! Booked 3 rooms could only check in 1 at 4 was told could check in the others after concert went to check in they said the others had a “maintenance” issue when they were booked full so we had 1 room for 5 people at 1230 am when all hotels were booked solid they had no cots and had no solutions for us. We had a child with us and had already had to wait outside 20 mins for the staff to return and then did not have our additional rooms. The drive home would’ve been 3.5 hrs. We all had to stay in one room with no refund no solution no nothing. Do not recommend especially for a huge even like the Luke Combs concert we attended! "
