"I am currently putting this place on my list of never stay there again. I’m p’d off at the fact the hostess told me they have zero clean towels left because housekeeping is short staffed. That being said I could not take a shower because I had no towel to dry off with."

"Room was clean with plenty of towels. The gym had more than average equipment and large comfortable for multiple people although there were few there in the early am. Only issue was parking. A couple of guests had large trailers parked taking up many stalls. Staff had guests park in front of the lobby and use the few ev stalls as there’s no street parking in the area. Once the trailers moved out parking was not a problem"

"I figured a chain like the Holiday Inn would be a safe bet, but we arrived to Find a dirty box fan sitting on the check in counter running to try to keep it slightly cooler in the lobby area (it was pretty hot). The attendant behind the counter ignored me for several minutes and then looked up, bored. He checked me in and then proceeded to tell us where the stairs are located. I asked about the elevator as our son has a disability and stairs are difficult. He said it was down and nothing else. I asked if we could get a room on the first floor instead of the 3rd and he didn’t even reply. My son insisted he could handle the stairs so we decided to just go up. If he had needed his wheelchair, I’m not sure what we would have done. The hotel or Expedia should notify anyone in advance that their elevator is out of service. The carpet in the stairwells was filthy. The room was typical and the a/c did work in the room but it sucked dragging our bags up and down the stairs in the hot and humid hallways. I would t recommend."
