I recently stayed at this hotel and had an exceptional experience. The hotel itself is fantastic, with well-maintained facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. What truly stood out to me was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel right at home and were always available to assist with any requests. The location of the hotel is another major highlight. It is situated in a wonderful area that offers convenient access to various attractions, dining options, and shopping centers. We reserved an oceanfront room with a balcony for two nights. Was $1,000 USD a night. The room was on the third floor facing the ocean but the ocean was blocked by trees. NO VIEW. We asked for a different room. The woman at checkout said she knew this would be a problem.. on
