All hotel staff were very nice and the only regret we had was that we only spent three nights in December. We booked the skii class at the site and the instructors and staff were fantastic as well! "The staff and manager were very accommodating and gracious. We enjoyed our 8 night stay in our room which was spacious and nicely appointed. The ski shuttle bus was consistently on time, and the hotel is in a great, quiet location. Buffet breakfast was also delicious. Will return next time skiing in Niseko. "
