Fujiya
The food was mediocre but good presentation. Polite stuff. The onsen especially the family onsen stink. I think its from the water drainage or something.

Court Hotel Niigata
Central location, all amenities worked, very cheap price and just a small surcharge for breakfast. Very helpful front-desk young lady and a range of extras like iced drinks in the reception area, including ice cubes.
