The room was clean and I didn't notice a smell coming from the room itself. The gentleman at the front desk was nice and helpful. I did not partake in the complimentary breakfast so I cannot say whether it was good or not.

We had a wonderful visit staying in the Mulberry cottage. Very clean unit with a nice view. All the amenities we needed, even a kitchenette. The owners are super nice and accommodating. Having access to two docks on the lake can't be beat!

It's a nice town, friendly people. We would stay in Nixa again, just Not this Super 8 again!
