"Average not a Resort facilities, non English staff who do not understand, Breakfast could be better"

"Breakfast was decent. Staff friendly and helpful. We were given a lesser room than booked, a bit disappointing. The sink in our bathroom didn’t drain properly and the water ran all over the floor. We reported it but it did not get fixed in the 2 days we were there. Had to ask for a kettle to make coffee and were given one right away. Room amenities are bare minimum. Nice location. Lots of trees. Balcony. Close to beach."

"Resort did not even have a soap holder. Taxi from hotel to the pier was 20 baht per person. I had 2 ppl & there was another couple with us. The lady at the front desk charged 100 baht for the 4 of us because she said we had our own taxi. We should consider as sharing because we pay separate. She said unless we share with other people, then it’s 20 baht. My advise is if you go with other people, you check out separate so you don’t have to pay more for taxi. This is a scam & I will not come back to Diamond. "

"This was our second time to Le Vimarn – and as first time – a totally UNFORGETTABLE stay!! Everything we like is there – amazing beach – good food – and the BEST Staff you can imagine! We did notice 2 improvements from our first stay to this stay: 1. Nice with choice for breakfast (the new card) – and the best fresh juices – so nice 2. Staff at the sunchairs was very active in removing non hotel guests and unused sunchairs still with towels on – so there was always space for us We felt like coming home – we simply LOVE Le Vimarn – especially because of the crew! Hope to see you soon again! "
