“I have stayed in this Hotel many times now, with my wife, my children and alone - it is the first place past the tunnel and does not look appealing from the outside. In fact it looks like something from the 1970s - but do not let that put you off - The staff, the flexibility make up for the look. The staff are what makes it- want a drink at 1am, no problem, want a pizza for the kids, no problem - want to practice some French- they will speak French even though their English is probably better...

Theres an ok bakery 1 minute walk away for pastries in the morning. ”
“A fantastic modern hotel just a short walk from the museum, which is well worth a visit. The quietest air conditioning I have ever experienced! Ideal location for the football stadium too, which is 10-15 minutes walk. The town centre is a further 5-10 minutes away, but has very little to offer.”

“A but tired but fairly clean although paintwork to bathroom door quite stained. Kettle in room but bring your own cups and supplies unless you want one drink in a polystyrene cup. Basic room in a convenient location from Eurotunnel if you get a later crossing. ”
