โMost of things were good. Very clean and nice mood (especially, I love the lights!). But the robe have some smell and one of that is a little wet.โ
โThis hotel is truly a gem. With all of its greenery and bohemian atmosphere, it felt like a little oasis in the middle of Copenhagen. The staff were as friendly and helpful as could be. All of them were so lovely and accommodating. I will absolutely come back to this hotel when we are in Copenhagen again. โ
โWe stayed at Coco hotel in July. Overall we had a lovely stay, the area the hotel is in is interesting, with relatively easy access to the main train / subway station. The breakfast was excellent, and the inner courtyard is so convenient and lovely for drinks. โ
โSuch a cute hotel! The family room is very nice and spacious. The decor is very attractive and relaxing. Amenities are all very nice and thoughtful - from toothbrushes to slippers, hairbrushes and water bottles. This is very cute boutique hotel! โ
โDie Unterkunft war sauber und hat eine sehr gute Anbindung an den Regionalverkehr. Das Zentrum ist somit problemlos erreichbar. Es gibt allerdings eine recht spรคte Eincheckzeit (16.00 Uhr). Selbst wer um 15.00 Uhr auf das Zimmer mรถchte, zahlt ca. 30 Euro. Das Frรผhstรผck ist gut bis sehr gut, das Personal allerdings nicht immer besonders hรถflich. โ
"Parking is paid and costs about 90 USD for 2 nights. Payment must be made through an app like epark. I remember the bike rental fee being 27 USD per day. The bikes are difficult for beginners to ride. The staffโs attitude was unpleasant when I requested a refund for the bike rental. Check-in is very slow. Like at a bank, you have to take a number and wait more than 15 minutes, and you also have to take another number and wait again just to make inquiries. The key oaks check-in couldnโt find my reservation information and kept asking for a lot of information like my address, but ultimately the check-in failed. The bathroom in the room is extremely small and can barely accommodate one person. There are only 3 disposable body wash packets, and once you use them all, you have to pay to buy more. When you open the windows, itโs very noisy, and when you close them, itโs hot. Overall, this is a place I do not recommend.โโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโ"
