Was ok for the price. The room had a strange odor and the hot water was only about 90 degrees. On the positive side it was very spacious and had a great location with a short walking distance to downtown.

The location was convenient to the arena and all the waterside attractions in downtown Norfolk. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was very good. The staff was amazing. Brett was outstanding, friendly and attentive. He was always busy helping other guests and helping clean up during breakfast. All in all, the stay was exceptional.
