"The Omni produces a fragrance/smell in the guest rooms that is unpleasant and sends it to come through the HVAC since we didn’t have room service while we were there. We didn’t request a fragrance in the room. Contact through the hotels Chat didn’t result in any action. Our room wasn’t clean upon check in- because we found the bathroom floor dirty and glass stains on the night table.see photos. We would not stay there again."

"We walked in to check into our room and 1st thing we noticed was the terrible smell, we were bringing our 95 year old grandmother to see the ocean for the first time, they had us on the 2nd and 3rd floors with no elevator. I ask about breakfast and he said that they have grab and go. They have granola bars and some fruit. Needless to say my husband wasn't happy at all and went on to voice goods opinion. The man told him we did not book handicap we told him it wasn't an option. He said our grandmother would be fine going up 3 flights of stairs out side. We ended up not staying at this place, my husband told him what he thought and he didn't like it and said they will refund our money but I needed to contact the place we booked through. I'm sure we won't see the refund. We did end up staying at the Hilton Inn on the beach and it was perfect and they put nano on a corner room with the best view. Don't stay here under any circumstances. I don't do reviews but I was really upset and do not want anyone else to have a bad experience"

"The whole building should be condemned. It's not safe. They're doing construction and have everything out even though it's a hazard. The lights constantly flickered on and off. The elevators didn't work, so my handicapped mother had to walk up the flight of stairs on her broken ankle. The cabinet in the bathroom fell on her when she got up from using the toilet. There was multiple holes in the wall where the cabinet was hanging. It was very unsafe. The air conditioner frozen up during the night, so it was so hot in the condo. "

"The condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame. There was no comfortable seating. The bed was old very soft. We woke up the first morning and found a dead cockroach by the bed. The floors were in terrible condition. The patio door was difficult to open because it was so rusty "
