"We did early check in when they emailed it to us. Made the check in process easier cause we got there later at night. However, we only got one key. I don’t know why my husband didn’t ask for another key for the room, but I went back and ask for another key.
My boys and I did go to the Fitness Center. I wish they had more than one treadmill, but overall it was an okay fitness center for a hotel. This one had free weights so I can’t complain.
The next morning we were getting ready to leave for the Grand Canyon when we got a knock at the door. My husband answered it and housekeeping said that the room was vacant. That should have been a red light for us to go check before leaving to the Grand Canyon, but we left without checking. We got back around 8:30pm that night and tried to get into our room with both keys. None of them worked. We had to go to the front desk and see what was going on. I have no idea how it happened but the computer had us in room 22 something or other. I was like if my stuff is missing we’re gonna have problems. Luckily, they were able to reprogram our keys for the original room the Mobil check in counter gave my husband when he first checked in. Thankfully our stuff was still in our room. Overall we like the hotel, but we will never use their mobile /online check in services again."
