Hilton Vacation Club Sedona Summit

"The property is excellent if you are looking for an attractive and comfortable place to stay while in Sedona. Rooms are very nicely furnished and in my situation, was equipped with a full kitchen (it was a suite). One could live here comfortably. If however you are vacationing and seeking amenties beyond a pool (and they have some nice pools) there is little to be had. There is no tennis, pickleball or even shuffleboard available. The complex is on the edge of Sedona so no restaurants are in walkable range, which left me surprised there was not even a clubhouse/hotel bar to have a beverage or a sandwich, despite the number of people staying at the site. Upon arrival they hit me up to attend an information session where I would receive a gift (in my case refunding me the resort fee they just charged me when checking in). I asked if this was a time-share sales presentation and was told "they prefer to think of it as a club". Fortunately the rep did not press further after I told him I have absolutely no interest in a time share. Again, a nice place to stay if you are not looking for a place with typical vacation resort ammenities."

"We had a great stay here. Its perfectly located within walking distance to several restaurants, shopping (including Tlaquepaque), and even has a hiking trail in the back. The breakfast was really good and the views were awesome. Unfortunately, we had a few plumbing issues, however, maintenance came and fixed very quickly. I think my only complaint is the added resort fee; we used the pool twice, but not really sure what other amenities they had that would warrant a resort fee, but the breakfast was included so I guess that evens it out. Regardless, its a great, centrally located place to stay, and definitely recommend. Would stay there again if and when we go back to Sedona!"

"Great place to stay, walking trails in the pines, pool and hot tub, large rooms with elegant finishes. The restaurant food was fine, but the service slow. We ordered the yogurt, fruit, granola cup but it is made with non-fat yogurt, so not tasty. They should offer a full fat yogurt for those who prefer it."

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and especially enjoyed sightseeing at the South Rim! The hotel and our room were clean and comfortable. The Staff were friendly and helpful. Felt it was a great economical value through Expedia compared to others in the area. Would definitely recommend."

"There was a full sized coffee maker in the room, dishwasher, stove and tinsels. Made having a cup of coffee and some easy breakfast mornings a breeze. The texting system was very attentive and focused on all my needs quickly. Great property and location, walking distance to shopping, eating and entertainment."
