"This hotel was AMAZING!!!! Everyone was super friendly, from the front desk, the bellman, the valet attendants, to the young ladies working in the shops inside the hotel, And FARENA restaurant had the most amazing italian food and their employees were just as phenomenal!!! What a great experience!!!!!"

"Check‑in and check‑out were super easy, just like our first stay here. We were in town for the BTS concert, and once again the hotel delivered the same excellent service we remembered. The location was perfect — close enough to the concert venue that we could cool off, relax, and recharge between events, especially with how hot it was outside. The staff and room service were wonderful. The service ladies were very friendly and quick to help with anything we needed for our room. We also loved how convenient everything was: food options all around, easy access to water, and close to the Texas Live Bar & Restaurant area as well as the merch pickup locations. This was our second stay, and it definitely won’t be our last. Highly recommend for anyone attending events nearby or just wanting a smooth, comfortable experience."

"Very clean and quiet rooms with a great view of the city. The only complaint which really isn’t a complaint is how crowded the pool area was but I mean it’s expected."

"Loved the feel. It was overall a very clean and quiet stay. The area is perfect if you don’t have a car. Access to almost everything within mins . All the great food is right outside the door"
