"My telephone was not working properly and I reported it on more than one occasion. I also arranged for Bell man to pick up my luggage at 4:30 AM and i was waiting until I had to take my luggages down the stairs to meet the cart at 5:30 when I eventually got through to front desk. Aside from that excellent customer service. Everyone was polite and respectful. I Love that!"

"The resort was very well keep,the staff there is very friendly,kind and willing to make you feel at home .The staff I enjoyed the most was kymaria the fitness guy he made my stay: very very fun entertaining guy .The ocean, beach,pool, all has a very beautiful view .The only issue I had with this resort was a loud noise coming from the pool causing me some sleep less night and the vent over the bed dripping water from time to time.other than that I love this resort would definitely stay there again.the food was great also."
