"We had a very enjoyable stay at Ocean Coral Spring, which offers a great mix of fun and entertainment for the whole family. The property is clean, modern, and keeps you busy throughout your trip. The Highlights: The activities here are family-oriented and excellent. The lazy river, water park, games room and bowling alley kept everyone completely entertained. There are many restaurants to try, and we especially enjoyed the Italian and Route 66 options, as well as the fantastic poolside jerk chicken. Areas for Improvement: The beach area is notably small and rocky, making water shoes a necessity. Additionally, while the main buffet has lots of great food to choose from, it gets very crowded and packed during peak hours. Customer Service: For the most part, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and courteous. However, it did feel like one or two employees could use a bit of additional customer service training to be more welcoming. They seemed to just be having a bad day, which slightly impacted the experience, but the rest of the team was great. Final Verdict: A fun, activity-packed choice for a family vacation, as long as you plan ahead for the rocky beach and stay patient with the busy buffet times."

"The property is in great location for my visit to central Montego Bay. It was very convenient to have a more than adequate breakfast. It would have been good to have some fruits for breakfast though. The staff I met were all friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel is clean and well kept. I was surprised and happy to find that the property has a charger for my electric vehicle! Parking is free."

"We stayed at the resort for 3 nights! We enjoyed every single moment of our stay. Our arrival was very pleasant. The front desk staff was very helpful and informative on everything and explained everything well. The bellhop staff were very accommodating and ensured that our bags would be safe until we checked in to our room. Our room was very clean and smelled clean when we arrived. We were celebrating our 15 year anniversary so the room was decorated nicely to accommodate our special moment. Ms. Beverly the housekeeper always went above and beyond to tidy up our room! ALL of the staff at the Jasmine Cafe were very helpful and attentive. Lisa, Leshaun, Clinton , were all great servers I can’t remember all of their names but we loved them all! The food was good. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner gave a great representation of Jamaica! We tried the Italian restaurant onsite as well and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! The bars were okay depending on the bartender you had. Ian, Faye, Linton, were great. They all gave recommendations on drinks or interacted with us. The resort still seemed to be recovering from Hurricane Melissa so everyone was actively working everyday that we were there to fix any issues from that. The poolside deli was 10/10. It rained for most of our stay but we still had a great time! This resort is not recommended for the younger party crowd unless you just want to relax and eat.
