"Room was clean but had a damp smell the first day. With a little personal housecleaning smell no longer exists. We were offered another room. Because of the breath taken view, we kept the same room. Staff, was extremely friendly and always greeted us with a smile, with the exception of a few. However everyone is entitled to an off day. We did not utilize the swim up bar, but it was always full. Balcony amazing, but needed a light bulb. Minor improvements needed, but will definitely return!"

"Absolutely our favorite place to come in 🇯🇲 Jamaica. We have been coming to Jamaica for 25+years and have stayed at multiple properties but this is hands down our favorite ❤️ the hotel is beautiful, the staff are so kind and like family and beach access and snorkeling is the absolute best!! Food, Beach, staff, pool A++ thank you again for a wonderful vacation. See you soon .."

"I stayed at Toby's for a quick getaway, I love the location of the property. Staff is alway's pleasant andeager to assist, local public beach is right aroung the corner. You can watch the planes fly in over the caribbean Sea and land. entertain with the locals, no taxi needed for the beach location. Tobys's Restaurant has amazing food with great selections to choose from, rather your enjoying an American or Jamaican breakfast you will not be disappointed. There is 2 bars one by the pool, the other is inside off the restaurant, the drinks are average prices wern't to bad. My room was very clean, with hot water the entire time. AC kept the room ice cold we didn't sleep with it on, great AC."

"Unfortunately, I could not award “Excellent”. Upon arrival I was given a ground floor unit, however, there were terrible disturbance above my room. I tried my best to ignore the noise, however it became uncomfortable and unbearable. I finally decided I have had enough and started recording it all. After alerting the front desk team, and had them listen to what I was enduring, they themselves were astonished as to what was going on. They promptly moved me to a second level unit, which was very lovely. Thankfully, the recording does not lie. Form August 27, 2026 - August 29, 2026, was startling, as the noise throughout the day was at random at times. August 29th, was as if chairs and other furnitures were being dragged across the ceiling above my head. Quite, came the balance of August 29th, which I appreciated. Thankfully you!"

"property is well kept,staffs were very pleasing,food and fewer bars was great,doctor cave beach across the street was it enjoy my beach day,strip have a alot of clubs and food places. my downfall was after i pay some of the payment online hotel did not collect the money,so when i got there ut put me in a bad predicament, what if i did not have that amount in my bank,so I'll say just pay at the property"

"We had such a wonderful stay at Tower Island! The setting is absolutely beautiful, with stunning ocean views and that relaxed Jamaican atmosphere you hope for when you come on vacation. The staff were friendly, welcoming and genuinely made us feel looked after throughout our stay. The grounds are gorgeous, the rooms were comfortable, and everything felt peaceful and well cared for. We especially loved being able to relax by the water, enjoy the beautiful scenery and just completely switch off. The food was very good, and there was plenty of choice. What really stood out, though, was the warmth of the people — everyone we met was helpful and made our trip feel special. Jamaica is a beautiful country, and Tower Island was a fantastic place to enjoy it. We left with some lovely memories and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing Caribbean getaway. Thank you for a wonderful stay — we’ll miss Jamaica"
