Everyone is always happy to provide support, and although very few staff speak English, others will still assist you with translation apps. The only issue I saw was the noise level. You can hear water running in other rooms and people yelling loudly in the hallway at night and early mornings. All in all I really liked the place and will stay again if I visit...
