“The house is nice and cozy. Everything worked and it was in very good condition. It was clean and ready when we arrived. The major problem is the property is listed as 2 bed 2 bath. While the house does have 2 bathrooms, one is off limits. The master bed and bath are designed as the owners area and access is denied. So while I paid for a 2 bed 2 bath I only got a 2 bed 1 bath. While the customer service for Incline Cottage was great and the house was not, in any regards, in disrepair, it was definitely not up to standards for their asking rental price. “Mr. Coffee machine was non-functional, it heated but coffee could not flow from basket into carafe. Ice in auto-ice-maker in freezer had frozen into a solid mass. Sink in main bathroom downstairs drains very slowly. Probably hair clog in the trap or on the sink drain stopper.”
