"I dinged one star out of 5 only because you can hear everything, noise from the street, and people next door. Walls are too thin, and looks like the windows are not sound proofed. Other than that, great clean hotel and the service was excellent, they checked us in early as I requested beforehand, and gave us a wonderful anniversary present waiting for in our room. "I was attending a 2 day conference at Excel and travelling alone, so felt safe if I had to return alone in the evening. Staff were super helpful. I had a "take away" my first evening and in the mornings they were happy to freshly poach eggs for me. On the second evening I went to a nearby Chinese restaurant with colleagues.
