"This hotel has been around for a long time (we stayed here decades ago) and it still feels well maintained and welcoming. Staff was very friendly, and did a good job staying on top of breakfast. Breakfast itself was pretty good. Plenty of options for everyone in our family. My kids especially enjoyed the different flavored waffle options that rotated each day."

"I was pleasantly surprised to see how well maintained and nice this Hampton Inn was - front desk staff were very nice - the hotel had a batch of freshly baked cookies available for their guests close to their coffee station- that was a very welcoming gesture- what also was a very thoughtful gesture was brown paper breakfast bags ready for their guests who were taking the very early shuttle- they do know how to make their guests feel welcome and cared for! We stayed for one night and had a very comfortable stay"

"The perfect location close enought ti downtown Salem. A little too far to walk, but so close to Uber or drive to a public parking lot for the day."
