“The outside of the resort is starting to look a little “tired” but the room was fine. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was quite good. The continental breakfast, although simple, was quite adequate. The receptionist was very helpful.”

“들오가니 에어컨. 냉장고 다 고장나서 고치는데 몇 시간 걸려서 여행일정에 차질생겼어요. 이상한 건 안에서 자동으로 문이 안 잠겨요. 꼭 문을 돌려서 잠궈야 하더라구요. 깜빡 잊고 안 잠궜는데 자는 동안 좀 도둑이 들었어요. cctv 확인해보니 후드 입은 남자가 새벽에 각 방문 돌려보고 다니는 거 찍혀있네요. 고객 과실이라며 호텔측 배상 전혀없었구요. 엘리베이터 없는 2층이라서 캐리어 들고 오르기 힘들어요. 침구 완전 낡았어요. 성수기라 1박에 20만원 가까이주고 머물렀는데 내생애 최악의 호텔이었습니다. 위치도 관광지라 멀어서 차 랜트하지 않으면 교통 엄청 불편합니다. ”

“Booked last minute for a weekend away. 5 minute drive to our event. We were running late on check in and the manager was very kind and stayed back til we arrived. King Suite was roomy and clean. Comfortable bed, though I prefer a firmer mattress. Spa bath was great. It was aged and only one jet worked really well but still amazing to soak in after a big day out.”

“The room was tidy and easily fitted all 4 of us. When we arrived reception was polite and provided clear instructions on how to use the swipe pass. There was ample towels in the bathroom as well as soap and shampoo. The room was very clean and tidy and there was spare blankets if needed. The air conditioner worked well. The bathroom looked as if it had been renovated in the last few years and was well maintained. including good water pressure. There wasn't really a mini bar - however...
