"Amazing service from start to finish. The staff are genuinely warm, polite, and always ready to help. The hotel’s gym is fully equipped with weights, bench, treadmill, bike, towels, TV, and even has an adults pool and hot tub beside it, perfect if you want quiet time away from the busy kids’ waterpark. The waterpark itself is fantastic, with an area for younger kids, completely separated from older ones, which is very safe. The water is warm and clean, there’s a hot tub on the side, and plenty of seating to relax while watching the kids play. Warm towels are constantly available, and everything is spotless and well maintained. When is full of kids, staff comes and supervise the waterslides so it doesn't become a problem when all kids are trying to slide at the same time. It opens until 10pm which is very convenient if you arrive on a late flight.
The hotel restaurant serves all meals (breakfast isn’t complimentary) and offers room service until 11 pm. There’s also a bar, plus a Tim Hortons just a short walk away. Even though the hotel was full during our stay, the rooms were impressively quiet. We skipped housekeeping because the kids slept late, but the staff still brought fresh towels, coffee, and toiletries every morning. There’s a cozy dining area if you prefer takeout, which is great with kids. Parking is spacious, with indoor and outdoor options.
