"So many problems during our stay. The plug outlets didn’t work in our room and when we notified staff it took hours to fix. The wifi did not connect. The shower was dirty. The bath stopper didn’t work which made it very difficult to bathe the toddler/baby. A lot of issues that made our stay uncomfortable."

"The only real complaint about the amenities, is there is only one elevator and that caused a significant bottleneck during the busy times. But, a good quick breakfast to tame the beasts before starting our day, pool and water slide were a huge hit."

"Only thing I have to complain about is they didn’t have water bottles in the room (fridge), I had to buy some at their front desk."

"Booked through Expedia and no where it said the pool and hot tub was closed . It being a part of our stay whether they did not communicate to Expedia or what . It was closed two weeks prior to arrival. If we would have known we would have rebooked somewhere else . Disappointed none the least . Called Expedia no compensation… Sad . Breakfast was just ok . Same thing everyday ."
