“Smells disgusting”

“Loved location in Regina. Close to restaurants , coffee shops and Wascana Lake , legislature. Employees were very friendly. When I arrived there was a long line up of people to be checked in. One person at the desk. After some time another person arrived to help. Everyone was being patient. I asked to be away from elevator and had a nice room at end of the hallway. Night two however there were two kids above me jumping around for an extensive period of time. The lady at desk did tell me they...

“Amazing stay like always, however would be nice to have other meat options for breakfast other the just pork.”

“We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. It was lovely to have breakfast included (although staff did not re-stock frequently so we had to ask for things like cutlery, yogurt, muffins.) The room was quite clean although the carpet could use changing. It had a lot of stains. It was nice to have a lot of space in the suite, but the room was quite dark, even with all the lights on. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly too.”

“Well located in Regina, staff were excellent. They are working in a system that the owners have made it difficult to recommend this hotel. From the plasticized mattress protectors to the lack of room cleaning unless one asks for it, however this is not posted anywhere. It was only through the incredibly good front desk staff that made this stay tolerable. They were excellent!”

“It was my first time in Regina and everything felt unfamiliar, but the amazing staff made me feel so welcomed and at ease. I stayed here with my two kids, and their kindness meant so much to me. The small kitchen was super convenient, the beds were comfy, and the breakfast was great. This hotel is truly the best value for money, and the location is perfect with plenty of shopping nearby.”

“프론데스크의 직원이 너무 친절하게 잘 안내해 줬습니다. 그리고 객실도 청결하고 넓어서 마음에 들었습니다.”

“The pictures online looked beautiful, the actual hotel property was not. The pool area is run down and very old, didn't feel or look clean. I had to ask to change rooms as the first room I was assigned looked dinghy, the bathroom didn't look clean, hair in the bathtub, mold around the tub tiles, just overall gross looking. Second room I was assigned was a little better. The bathtub still didn't look great but the main room area was ok. Overall the hotel was not worth the price tag. I don't...
