"I was most surprised that all body lotions have been removed from the guest rooms. I arrived in the room and unpacked after a long day. I jumped in the shower, dried off, and then discovered there was no lotion. At this point, it's impossible to go down to the front desk and request lotion. When did go to the front desk and asked about the body lotion I was told I could buy it from their little store! A little disappointing when your guest rooms are over $300 per night!! "

"The room was much better than I expected, especially when I saw the cost per night. The hotel was very well upkept, lobby had a clean, fresh inviting smell as you entered. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable and heat /cooling controls worked perfectly. Very polite and helpful staff. Shower had plenty of hot water"

"The coffee and breakfast advertised wasn’t available and nothing was posted. I had to ask the three staff standing there while I waited at the coffee counter if it was open. Also , quiet hours 10-7 was not enforced. The hallway was loud outside my room until after midnight "
