“Our stay was good our check in was not they didn’t get my reservation from hotels.com but they matched the price there were a couple features of the pool that didn’t work but the kids still loved it my only real complaint is They didn’t have an included breakfast”

“This was such an excellent experience. The hotel is gorgeous and the design and atmosphere is so vintage and chic but also modern. We stayed in the studio suite and it was luxurious. It was so nice to have the vanity that is off the bathroom. The shower is extremely relaxing and spacious and has excellent water pressure. The customer experience was very impressive. It was really great to have the valet service. We had dinner at 1925 and it was absolutely delicious. Our waitress was excellent...

“Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Everything worked like it was supposed to. Very simple breakfast (cereal, sweet roll, and coffee) was fine for me, but some might find it lacking. Overall a nice stay while traveling.”

“The only issue we had was when i tried to call the hotel to tell them we'd be checking in late and needed a shuttle in the morning, they could not help me because I went thru hotels.com. and I'd have to call you guys. Finally they said they'd transfer me to the front desk and they just said no problem as long as your here before midnight and let them know about the shuttle when you check in. This was after 10 minutes of hold and begging with the other guy.”
