"Honestly, my family and I travel VERY often. This has to be one of the WORST stays we’ve experienced. Found bed bugs, pool had some molding around the edges and by chairs, pool and gym had codes in order to get in the doors which we needed to do about 3 times in order for them to work. On top of that there was a scary moment where the maintenance staff was caught peeping through peoples peak holes (including mine) and when confronted he lied and said he didn’t do that when I witnessed it with my own eyes. I could not believe it. My kids and I had to miss dinner because this man gave us the creeps to where we didn’t wanna leave our room until check out. It’s safe to say I did not sleep that night. I also woke up with bumps all over my leg ! There was also a lice bug in the bathroom (my kids and I did not have ANY SYMPTOMS of lice or bed bugs before arrival, concluding they 100% there upon arrival."
