"Everything about this hotel far exceeded my standards and expectations. From the complimentary drink happy hour for guests every evening, to delicious breakfast- everything was simply perfect. The bed was comfy, linens cozy and the room was silent. 10/10 "

"Room was across from the icemaker, extremely noisy. Had a gas leak happen we were displaced from our rooms for several hours and we’re given no discount or additional day.."

"Parking was good. The room was, well, a room. Limited in house toiletries if that matters to you. The minimal interaction I had with staff was pleasant. I didn't need them often, not that I couldn't fondness them. The one issue we had was that the on site dispensary made the lobby area smell heavily of marijuana, leading us to avoid the coffee and muffins in the morning. If that doesn't bother you it's a great location. Trolley stop on the property, walking distance from downtown. Right on 62 Highway making access to the whole area fairly easy. "

"The hotel it located near Hwy 49 but the way gps took us we drove into a neighborhood and it’s not central location to Fayetteville it’s 17 minutes to downtown. Breakfast was good hot and a good variety. The room was clean and quite."

"Room was small but comfortable. Main issue was the tub/shower combo. The tub was actually a jacuzzi, with sides higher than a regular bathtub. For someone with bad knees, it made getting into and out of quite difficult and precarious."
