Reception staff were great as they were busy when I arrived, explaining bar/dining options and the leisure spa. "Not quite the 5 star experience that we were expecting. The hotel is very dated and could do with some TLC. The decking area outside of the bar was very dirty with holes in the seat covers and the whole are could do with a clean and a tidy up. You need to get up early for breakfast as there is limited seating for this and it gets extremely busy after 9am. The room was comfortable but it would have been great to have seats on the balcony so that you can sit and enjoy the view. I have stayed...

"Booked a business room, did not have a USB connection. Note on bathroom wall stated use shower mat but was not one in room, when i asked at reception they stated you have to ask for one. Toilet paper so thin very cheap."
