“If you have a loved one residing at Orange City Nursing & Rehab, this is an excellent place to stay because it is 1.3 miles away. There is free parking and a reasonable free breakfast, a room with a mini fridge and microwave, free coffee (including decaf)/tea anytime, and a small gym and pool. It is near a Target and Walmart to help with anything you have forgotten. “Drove 4 hours for the extremely rude desk clerk to tell me she canceled my reservation that was booked as "pay at property" for a specific reason. I was in town to attend a funeral. Its memorial weekend and everything was booked. Went to show her that it was still booked and she replied " I dont care, its canceled. No phone call, plenty attempts to run my debit card. She was very unprofessional. She got the same treatment she gave me. Not happy!”
