"This hotel has a lot of potential, but we had a very poor experience. The service was terrible and the majority of the staff were unfriendly. They were also very understaffed. Tables were not being cleared of dirty dishes at the main hotel. The hotel advertises a pool bar but it was not open. If you wanted food or drinks by the pool, you had to order by phone and wait at least 30 minutes or more to be served. The beds were hard as a rock and the

"The rooms are nothing fancy, but the property - pools, hot tubs, and beach are wonderful. Not a lot of dining options right at the resort, but can walk to a couple places or get a shuttle. We had a great balcony facing the pool and beach. Perfect for sitting on to drink our morning coffee. We stayed on the fourth floor, which I recommend. Don’t stay on first floor if you want a good view. "
