"I didnt use any of thier facilities nor dining options. Bars were good and pricing was fair. Casino floor was well.kept. Room was very clean and well kept. Beads were comfortable. We were in town for a concert and the hotel provided a shuttle service for the event which was a huge bonus!"

"We had a very leaky shower that required using all the towels to clean up. Maintenance “fixed” it after first day but next day it did the same thing. Also cleaning folks came around at 8:30 and barged into room without knocking."

"The Hotel room was clean but the sheets were damp from the Air Conditioner being on continuously. I get it the temperatures were in the mid 90's all week. The Breakfast food ran out... so I took the last of the biscuits and gravy and some juice. Lastly, when I arrived their were 3 people sitting in the hallway on the 3rd floor. Very unusual for Fairfield Inns. Otherwise everything was acceptable. 😄"

"The Hotel and staffs are nice helpful. It's a blessing for those who enjoy alcoholic beverage, one can have some drinks on the casino and walk straight to your hotel room. However, this property is located at an industrial area. I do not recommend strolling beyound the hotel's property as its very dark, isolated and sketchy. This gives a completely difgerent perspective of Chicago and city vibes that one would be expecting from."
