“The bed was the worst!! Hard as a rock! Probably the worst we’ve ever slept on.”

“No smoking room? I don’t think so. So smelly.”

“I paid $186.00 for one of the last rooms they had. On the third floor. As soon as I paid the desk clerk told me told me " sorry, the elevator is broken". $186.00 and I had to haul by luggage up three flights of stairs. What a rip off. For that price she should have hauled my luggage for me. Then I had to go all the way back downstairs just to get ice. Comfort Inn sucks Never go there.”

“The property has a great location for downtown Elko but the shower was terrible the sink faucet moved when you turned the water on and the drain was plugged so the water wouldn’t drain properly the room was clean but h the entire property was not well maintained so many simple things throughout the buildings that some cleaning or touch up paint would take care of . The room was nice and big though. The staff was nice .”

“It was quiet despite the hotel being full- and we were on the main floor.”
