"The hospitality at the Waterstone is top notch. We were greeted by Charmaine, who got us settled and made sure everything was taken care of on our arrival. The next morning we had breakfast out in the garden and pool area. Everything was fresh and delicious, in beautiful surroundings. Load shedding hit during breakfast hours, but Charmaine managed to keep the kitchen running and no one went without hot coffee or toast! Definitely a well run operation. Daisy and Linet went out of their way to move the twin beds together when they realized that I was alone and 6'3". They did not have to and I admire them for going above and beyond."

"The shower was not working upon arrival. The next day, the shower worked, but it was leaking heavily. Also, I dropped a vitamin on the floor. When I went to pick it up, I looked under the bed. The floor under the bed was filthy. "

"The lodge is situated amongs the wineyards and is really a pleasure to stay at. Rooms are great, bathrooms has everything you require and the bed is very comfartable. You even get a bottle of red wine when you enter your room complimentary from the owners."
