“The view from my balcony was amazing - overlooking Table Mountain. Stunning view. The staff are very polite and helpful. There are two ladies on reception that I would like to thank. The one lady took me around the hotel showing me an alternative room while the other lady found empty rooms on the computer. I have forgotten the lady's name that took me around the hotel, but she knows who she is. I told the manager on reception how helpful she was. Thank you, you made my stay memorable. Amazing...
