“The fine lady who owns/manages (I don't know) the motel was extraordinarily helpful and cordial -- literally the most pleasant I have ever experienced.”

“First and foremost...Torey at the front desk was amazing and a huge improvement to the team. I have stayed here several times and will be back because Torey is so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and ready to go. Ample parking and a nearby dog area. Great stay for the price and a cup of coffee to go.”

“Whover is doing the maid service is doing a great job for what they have. The problem is not with clean sheets or towels but with maintenance. There were no functioning lights in the bathroom, I had to use my flashlight. Wall socket was loose. The carpet appeared to have been cleaned but there were red stains like wine had spilled on the carpet. The dead bolt on the door wouldn't lock. This could be a fine place to stay with some care.”

“The shower got good and hot. Had clean towels and shampoo and soap. The carpet was rough and ragged but it was clean. The beds had clean sheets and blankets. It was stuffy and hot. The a/c unit barely worked. The room had no ventilation without the door being open. The coffee pot in the room was full of molded coffee grounds that hadn't been changed in weeks. I enjoyed having the rolling chairs outside my room but there was vomit and bottle caps on the table in front of the room window.”

“The room was nice bed was comfortable, but I had trouble regulating a good temperature during the night I was cold. My husband found a few bugs & spider probably needs to be pest control. The breakfast was hot and good especially the waffles.”

“We have been visiting Flaming Gorge area for 50 years. We know that the town solely survives on a short summer window. There aren't any 5-star hotels available. The buildings are old. So to find a hotel that is reasonably priced, clean, safe and comfortable beds is refreshing. Their restaurant is next to the hotel. We had a nice dinner and then sat outside of our room and enjoyed the cool evening while having a cocktail. Flaming Gorge is 5 minutes away. And I also want to mention how nice and...

“People smoking under awning by front door. Had to walk through smell and butts. Sad for a no smoking building. Place is being remodeled. Work in progress. London at fest is awesome”

“When we passed the motel, we almost didn't turn around. But we wanted to stay at a locally owned motel so we did. The exterior could definitely use some love. The office was terrible. The gentleman in the office was nice. The doors are updated with codes to enter. The room was very clean, which is the only reason we stayed. The bedding was dated but clean. Towels were large and soft. The bedding wasn't as soft as I prefer, but after a long day of travel, it was fine.”

“The staff was friendly and the room was clean. When turning on the faucets for the first time the water came out brown and took a moment to run before clean water came out.”
