“Our room was literally missing half the glass shower door panel so water sprayed everywhere when we showered! AI assistant responded via text when I texted front desk about it instead of an actual person. The pool was Tiny and overcrowded and hardly any chairs around it annd no towels to be found for pool. Also the cable in our room continually glitched so we couldn’t watch tv. We waited over 20 min to check in due to being short staffed. Overall pretty disappointing stay and this hotel...

“The hotel itself was convenient from the highway, easy to get to and then a great location. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The beds were comfy, the a/c worked well, and bathroom was clean. The only issue was there were people revving their engines on the road nearby; however, if you put the a/c fan on to low it was enough to drown out the noise.”

“My 3 day stay was comfortable. This is my second time staying at this property in Redding. The suites are spacious and clean My only personal gripe is the light motion detector in the bathroom. They have a nightlight. They really don’t need a motion detector light in the bathroom when you get up in the middle of the night to do your business. It’s so bright you need sunglasses.”

“Gorgeous lake views, easy parking, nice sized rooms. Perfect for pets. The rooms are a bit outdated but they have the basics covered.”
