"I found my bed very comfortable and the property area for walking pets was very easy to do. Their choices of food was very typical for a Choice hotel. Waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, dry cereal, and pastries. Normal drinks were coffee, orange juice, milk, and water. Overall, I had a good experience at the property, even with my pet."
"Air conditioning was super loud, shower and grout in the bathroom was dirty. Room smelled weird but there was a sign saying they use hospital grade disinfectant so I was ok with it. It was fine for a quick stay going north. "
"This motel was exactly what I needed, when and where I needed it! Very convenient location, plenty of parking, helpful staff, good neighborhood. Very clean and well maintained, good AC, decent breakfast. Lots of food options within walking distance, including a 24-hour Waffle House!"
"A/C unit had hight pitched constant noise but worked properly. Needed more towels for 2 people.Very Clean and comfy beds. Staff VERY nice and personable.. Already booked my next stay for next week. Thanks so much!"
"The room was visibly clean & smelled clean. The room was cozy & stylish & all the basic amenities were covered including a mini fridge, microwave, & coffee maker. The grounds were rustic & charming. The staff were super friendly & welcoming. The breakfast was my favorite part, done in true “Bed & Breakfast” style. The neighborhood is also VERY Beautiful."
"I purposely picked this property because they had outside entrances to your room and you could park right out in front. There are several other properties in the area that are nicer and with more amenities, but for this particular stay, we needed something that was easy in and out. I requested to be on the ground floor when I made the reservation.I started receiving notifications via email shortly before my arrival which asked me to check in online and give all of our information. I did do that, and the comment was again present for a ground floor room. Upon reaching the hotel and checking in, at first our reservation could not be found at all. I informed the person that I had just received online notifications asking me to check in that way. The clerk then told me that it looked as though a different reservation had been created since I did the online check-in. Once it was established that I did in fact, have a reservation, we were told that although they saw the first floor request because I was traveling with my two cats, I could not go in a first floor room. The hotel advertised as pet friendly, and never once the forms I filled out online to reserve a room did it ask me specifically about pets. I paid the fee to the hotel for having my pets which I was perfectly fine with, but I wouldn’t have booked. If I would’ve known we would have to go up to a second floor room. We are senior citizens and it was very hard for us to get things up and down stairs with no elevator. "
"My room wasn't cleaned for two straight days. Trash was in the parking lot.
On the positive side, the front desk staff were very friendly and the free breakfast was nice."
