“First night was great until we woke up and my room had ants and my daughter was bit all up and come to find out from bed bugs. Was switched rooms was not given a discount or refund. I loved most of the staff but housekeeping was terrible and rude. The maintenance worker was informed and explained that they have had the issue for a while. Terrible situation but yet just moved and didn’t have money to go anywhere else.”
