The only thing I would say is they need to give you the option to park your own car not everybody wants to valet. And I donโt believe they tell you that when you book.โ
โExcellent stay, top notch customer service! Prompt , professional service at check in; she was very knowledgeable and friendly, made sure we had everything we needed. I travel frequently, and am very impressed with the room cleanliness. Our suite was spacious enough to travel with our daughter, and accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast, and love having coffee available in lobby 24/7. We look forward to coming back for next yearโs event !โ
โThis was one of the nicest hotel rooms Iโve ever stayed in. There was a little library on the 2nd floor with books to borrow. There were real coffee cups for morning coffee in the room. Nothing bad to say about the room.โ
โIt was very convenient close to Cedar Point and all shopping centers, restaurants.. the bathroom was a little dirty but nothing major. The beds were comfy, there is not a microwave in the room, very quiet it felt safe while we stayed. Overall the place was nice. We would go back there. โ
โOutdoor pool nice and opens early. the suite room has decent size real kitchen w dishes and silverware and bedroom is separated w a door from living room. bar and pizza on site and free breakfast โ

โThis was our first time here and first time in the area. Absolutely lovely place! Right on lake Eerie with a small swimming beach access, several pools including a very kid friendly one right outside the door with view of the lake. There is also beautiful little cottages to stay on which we will try next time, but the resort itself was fantastic too.
