“The code to get into the facility would not work. I had to make a phone call and after three attempts finally got in the facility. Then the code to open my guest room door did not work. I was still on the phone with I think was an AI representative and after three attempts at opening the door, all of which failed the keypad ceased to operate. So I had no choice, but to leave the hotel has refused a refund.”

“The property is beautiful. Our room was lovely—very clean and comfortable. The seating in our room was perfect for reading, and the balcony an extra treat. Allen was so gracious and helpful. The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs. Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy.
