"The hotel staff are very warm and friendly especially Sozin She makes us feel so welcome and at home . She is also very helpful in our queries on Oslo city .A thumbs up for the staff especially Sozin . The breakfast at the hotel has a good spread and we have totally enjoyed our breakfast there.The gym also has a lot of machines and we had a good work out there too.Our stay there is memorable and nice. "The hotel was excellent. It was very central 4 minutes max away from the main station and only 10 minutes from the opera house. The staff were friendly. The rooms were quiet as well and didn't hear much noise. The surrounding area feels perfectly safe. There weren't too many ammenities in the room itself but that wasn't a big deal. "
