"We stayed for 2 nights. Room was clean, they had water and ice machines on even floors. Shower type was very refreshing. Beds cozy, AC good. About a 9 minute walk to the train we needed most, but there is a station in the building next to the entry. We liked it, and booked our next hotel in a different city with th is same chain."

"Great location. We were able to walk to Dotonbori/Ibisu area in about 10 minutes. We frequently used the 7-Eleven on the 4th floor. The laundry room was convenient but busy. We had corner rooms on a high floor and the views were great. We also loved the JR Namba Station/OCAT building just out the back of the hotel which has a grocery store in the basement as well as many shops and restaurants throughout the building. The hotel was in great shape and clean."
