"Had to check in 2 hours late because the room wasn't ready. Pool was so over clorinated could not swim 2nd night, kids just coughing everywhere, it was bad, hot tub kinda dirty. Room was ok, interior door falling off hinges, sliding door for outside balcony hard to open and handle ready to fall off. One of the elevators were down. Staff was doing the best they could but it didn't seem like they had enough, they were friendly but I wouldn't stay there again."

"We were starving upon arrival and before booking that night we were told the restaurant was open until 10pm. We got there at 9:40 and couldn't get served :("

"The bathroom was not clean. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom. The towels were thrown on the shelf instead of folded. There was cobwebs in the room by the radiator. There was evidence sustained on the sofa, and the blackout curtains were dry rotted, where there was holes going through and you can see the daylight coming in. All of the all of the lights in the room did not work properly."

"Once I had the opportunity to relocate from a room that reeked of cigarette smoke, The rest of the stay was okay. They rent the lower end suites to large groups of people. Be prepared for a lot of noise and partying on Friday and Saturday night."

"The room smelled like oil and smoke. There were stains on the floor and on the furniture as well. The tv was extremely small 24” or 32” it a weird location in the room as well. This was not a great experience for the price. "

"Rooms were very nice. Microwave did not work. No towels in the pool area. "

"You get what you pay for, a cheaper room means less standards so for the price it isn’t bad. There are just some weird smells that they should take care of especially in the hallways it reeks of food."

"Some staff is kind others are not, management did not want to help with anything."
