"良い点は立地のみです。 残念でした。 ・建物に入るための鍵の扱い方が非常に分かりづらい。取り出し方、扉の開け方も詳細に書いて欲しい。 ・マンションの一室へ入るための扉に後付けのオートロックの鍵が付けられているが、取り付け部が緩んでいてセキュリティが心配だった。 ・専用バスルームと書いてあるが、実際はトイレもシャワーも共用 ・トイレットペーパーの補充も清掃も一度もされなかった。 ・部屋にゴミ箱がない"

"In the middle of the city, tucked away behind the buildings is Bialy Dom. Our room had plenty of space with a nice bathroom. The restaurant out front looked like it had great choices although we had already eaten. Would def stay again if I were in the area."

The staff was extremely helpful a special shout out to Olesia who helped me organize my tour to the salt mines, which was truly amazing. Great breakfast and nice grounds for walking on the property. Anticipate a small room with reliable hot water and good pressure, working elevators, and an attentive bar and kitchen staff who should probably be running the front desk. Over the years, I'd say this is one of my favorite London stays. With a tube station right around the corner, LHR extremely cheap tube ride away, the excellent Maroush Restaurant across the street, and a tasty breakfast with one heck of a well-run bar,...

"The property is amazing however there wasn't and info for public transfer and it was a bit too much of a walk to get back into town after a long busy day. Giving that, it was only £3-4 in a Bolt taxi onto the main square so it wasn't bad at all. The place really is a treat to stay at."
