"Had an awesome and relaxing time! Beautiful ocean view, very nice staff, clean rooms, amazing food... If I had any complaints it would be about the elevators (always very busy/took quite a long time); But overall awesome and definitely recommended for a family/couple vacation!! :)"

"It was a real pleasure to be at this Holiday Inn Express, personal when far and beyond when was needed. Special thanks to Rodolfo, Eduardo, Alexa and Jazmin at the reception, also Ramon was always ready to help when needed. Thank you to Mario, Ibrahim and Abelardo at the restaurant. Little advice, in general you have to improve the breakfast menu and the coordination between Restaurant, swimming pool and the hotel to avoid misunderstanding. In a good note I will be happy to come back with my wife in December and I hope she would have as good impression as me and that we would enjoy our Christmas time in Beautiful Mazatlán.
